Jenny Everywhere is an open source comic character, which means, like it says above, that anyone can use her. Here's my interpretation of her. I went a bit crazy with the background in photoshop

but I think it fits, because she has the power to travel between dimensions (or something like that; the specifics vary).
Yeah, drawn by hand, scanned and colored and decorated in photoshop. In color! Yay!
